nTangibles was formed to service the needs of businesses that believe that they may not be able to afford excellence in advertising, marketing, and training solutions.

These businesses often watch as larger companies receive a high level of excellence in service by those whose price structures are heavy and often impossible to meet. Moreover, many organizations are encumbered by large overheads, which may result in successes but at an incredibly high cost to their customers and their bottom line.

Further, when these businesses set aside budgets for necessary assets or advertising materials they are rarely able to find the additional hundreds and thousands needed to have the impact desired penetration and impact needed to see a positive and marked difference to their bottom line.

The solution for these businesses being offered by nTangibles has greatly reduced spending for overhead and back-end media needs.

By applying targeted marketing and new technology solutions combined with specific staffing as needed, we offer options to businesses solutions not currently offered by multinationals because they have become cost and commission prohibitive due to multi-tiered staffing and overheads.

nTangibles offers services to these companies on a project-by-project basis.

We will act as a direct solution company, which will supply production from start to finish to businesses currently without a voice in the advertising arena; Companies who are small and mid-range in size and companies who receive government and private funding and are not for profit.

Provide Large Businesses with Immediate needs Projects

nTangibles offers services to larger local business who are currently partnered with larger multinational advertising agencies, but who may spend upwards of millions per year locally on immediate need projects like new product launch videos and training videos targeted to their employees, trade show videos, interactive CD’s, and consumer field research videos.

Provide other Agencies, Marketing Groups, Research Groups, and Public Relations Groups with Services

nTangibles Marketing Service also offers advertising agencies, marketing groups, non-profits, and public relations groups who do not have the staffing, either due to economic downturns or lack of new media technology understanding and experience. nTangibles will not only offer production experience but access to the thinking behind these solutions which in many cases are being sought out by their clients independently.

The Competition

Large multi-national agencies

There are many in the Seattle, Washington DC, Portland Oregon, and Vancouver, B.C. marketplace who have many employees, some with as many as 150 - 200 employees. Many have had layoffs to make their bottom lines and show a profit to their parent companies.

Agencies that businesses are shying away from because of their large overheads. Agencies whose staff in many cases are overburdened because of layoffs and shrinking communication and media budgets. Television media is traditionally where ad agencies make the bulk of their money.

There are many companies with strictly video production knowledge.

The difference is that the competition's products and services largely come from a news station approach; much of it is very similar and formulaic, resulting in the same look and feel to the videos time and time again. This approach quickly loses its appeal to encourage and interest the viewer on repeated viewings.

In the past, what set our thinking apart and what made the videos we created more sought out, was the advertising and communication thinking which we brought to each project. Our Story

Deborah Narine, Founder & Creative Director

Veteran businesswoman, Deborah Narine founder of nTangibles, an innovative company bringing Global experience and fresh ideas to solve a variety of communication and marketing needs for their clients and beyond.

Our services target a broad range of clients who want commercials and videos for marketing or educational purposes, including agencies needing broadcast support.

Ms. Narine, formerly V.P. Director of Broadcast at DDB of Seattle and Senior Producer at MacLaren McCann of Toronto Canada brings over 20-plus years of national & international experience in the field of production overseeing projects in the U.S. and around the Globe.

Original from Trinidad, by way of Canada and then Seattle, Ms. Narine’s body of work as provided her with a portfolio of award-winning work which has been, and continues to be, broadcast nationally on both commercial and public television.

Deb has created a work environment that is conducive to creativity and collaboration. “We approach all projects as a team to ensure creative problem solving and diversity."

Deb is a very insightful creative director who brings great energy and a distinctive style. She has worked with multi-million dollar production budgets. She feels very proud to own a company that allows her to practice her passion for visual storytelling on a daily basis.

Larry, a true pioneer in his field even traveled to New Zealand to seek out new challenges for several years. Today his eye for detail and hindsight, level understanding of strategic planning, sales, messaging, and branding, he shares the helm of nTangibles.

At first glance, one would think him a man of few words, but when he takes part in a conversation, he always leaves the group with clear and brilliant insight.

Andhy Williams, Founder & Finance

Andhy has 20 years of global corporate finance experience including 15 years of management experience with prominent healthcare, manufacturing, and entertainment companies, in multi-location. 

He has worked for Kaiser Permanente where he had oversight over eight regions including reporting of over $12 billion in drug costs. At Warner Brothers where he had oversight for over 31 territories, $3.2 billion in revenues ($3.8 billion in cash receipts) with a headcount of 212, and most recently with Stretta, Inc., and Ntangibles, LLC.

Andhy was brought aboard for his Global budgeting and long-term planning experience.  

His responsibilities are overall financial management and strategic leadership of the company, it's financial reporting, and the many corporate finance and accounting functions including controller, treasury, long-range planning, strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and general financial analysis. 

With every detail, every plan, every opportunity, Andhy is always looking to vet and re-vet and determine the possibilities of each challenge, and if they stand up to the test. He creates solutions that equate to long-lasting opportunities and financial rewards for all involved.

Andhy has also held leadership and management positions for Freightliner, Banfield The Pet Hospital, and KinderCare Learning Centers. He oversaw budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, pricing initiatives, business plan development, mergers and acquisitions analysis, project valuations, business valuations, capital commitment planning, competitive analysis, and benchmarking.
